Frameline welcomes all journalists and media representatives to Frameline29-the world's largest and oldest LGBT film festival. The Festival runs from June 16 -26 at the following four venues: the Castro Theatre, Roxie Cinema, and Victoria Theatre in San Francisco; and the Parkway Theater in Oakland.

Larsen Associates handles all Festival press accreditation and is the contact for any media questions. To be admitted to screenings, journalists and media representatives must be on Larsen Associates' media list. Those currently on the list need not send a letter requesting accreditation. If you are not on Larsen Associates' press list, you must have a letter sent from your editor or producer that confirms your assignment to cover Frameline29 and indicates the proposed date(s) your coverage will appear in print or on the air. After the Festival, we kindly request that you mail us your Festival tear-sheet(s) so that we may add it to the Festival's press book. If you are unsure whether you are on their press list, please contact Larsen Associates at (415) 957-1205 or larsenassc@aol.com. We cannot permit any press persons to enter public screenings unless they are on the Larsen Associates press list. We encourage your attendance at press screenings because we cannot guarantee your admission to the public screenings, particularly for films that have already been screened for the press. Admission to Opening Night, Closing Night, and all special events is by invitation only. Due to the high demand for press tickets and the large number of sold-out events anticipated, we kindly request that you observe these guidelines:

For screenings at the Castro Theatre, you should arrive 15 minutes prior to the film's schedule start time, and introduce yourself to the publicity representative at the press door who will check your name from the list. For screenings that start before 4:00 p.m., you may bring a guest. For screenings that start after 4:00 p.m., we are unable to admit guests.

For screenings at the Roxie, Victoria, and Parkway Theatres, you may attend by faxing or emailing Larsen Associates 24 hours before the show you want to attend. Your written request must include the name of the film, screening play date, and time. (Please bear in mind that the office is closed on the weekend - so if you want to attend Saturday, Sunday or Monday screenings you must fax/email before noon on Friday.) You should arrive 15 minutes early and then locate the publicity representative who will check your name against the list. We will not admit anyone after the show has started - so please be on time. Due to the limited number of tickets available, we are unable to admit guests at the Roxie, Victoria, and Parkway Theatre screenings.
