Stu and Dave's Excellent Documentary Award
The San Francisco International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival has long been the place for celebrating and examining the diverse lives and histories of the LGBT community. Once again, we have an entertaining and enlightening collection of new documentaries on hand in 2004.
To recognize and support excellence in documentary filmmaking, Frameline is proud to offer Stu & Dave's Excellent Documentary Award, generously funded by longtime queer cinema supporters Stuart Harrison and David Ring. The $10,000 juried award will be presented to the best documentary feature having its Bay Area premier at Frameline28.
